Reducing calories when you’re attempting to know off some extra kilos is right , however drinking diet soda is not a wise choice. Zero calorie drinks make you crave for sweets , cause tooth decay, and increases the danger of type 2 diabetes. Despite the fact that diet sodas have zero calories, the artificial sweeteners in these beverages may trick your body that you’re actually consuming calories as though you drank a regular soda 
Not just in diet sodas , but also adding artificial sweeteners to your tea or espresso has a similar impact on your body . Fake sweeteners might be influence the metabolism by slowing it down, so avoid them!
